Operations Manager

*Responsibilities*

* Oversee daily shop, kitchen, and production operations.
* Manage staff schedules, performance, and productivity.
* Coordinate production, sales, dispatch, and delivery.
* Check and monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
* Monitor purchasing, costs, and wastage.
* Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
* Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service.
* Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
* Identify operational issues and implement improvements.

*Qualifications*

* 3–5 years of experience in F&B, bakery, pastry, or retail operations.
* Experience in managing teams and daily operations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of inventory and cost control.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Good command of Arabic and English.
* Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Salary: 600 - 800 KD based on experience
