We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager / HR Manager with strong leadership and recruitment expertise to join a leading industrial company in Kuwait.

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in HR and Recruitment.
• Strong and proven GCC experience is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Proven leadership experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Human Resources.
• Previous experience within the industrial / manufacturing sector is highly important.
• A stable and continuous career history with no significant unexplained employment gaps.
• Strong experience in leading recruitment operations, managing teams, and attracting qualified talent.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
