Role: HR Generalist

Location: Salmiya (Full-time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Coordinate benefits administration and respond to compensation inquiries.
• Assist with performance management, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
• Support training, recruitment needs, and HR reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
• Proven background in HR operations, policy compliance, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office with strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Middle East F&B or hospitality experience preferred.
