🚨 HIRING NOW | DELIVERY SUPERVISOR – KUWAIT 🇰🇼

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Supervisor to manage daily delivery operations, supervise drivers, monitor performance, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.

🔹 Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Delivery Supervisor / Delivery Operations Supervisor.
• Previous experience working with Talabat is REQUIRED.
• Proven experience managing Talabat delivery operations and drivers.
• Experience with order management and delivery platforms/systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait delivery operations and relevant government procedures.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong reporting and KPI analysis capabilities.
• Experience monitoring delivery KPIs, driver productivity, attendance and performance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English – speaking and writing.
• Ability to improve delivery operations, team performance and overall efficiency.
• Kuwait experience is mandatory.

⭐ Preferred Candidate

Priority will be given to candidates who have directly worked as a Delivery Supervisor with Talabat, managed a team of drivers, handled daily order operations, and were responsible for delivery KPIs and performance.
