📢 We’re Hiring: Head of Nurseries

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Nurseries to lead the academic direction and development of our Early Years Division.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee academic programs across all nurseries.
Develop and implement early childhood strategies, policies, curriculum, and learning programs.
Ensure high standards of teaching, child development, assessment, and classroom practices.
Supervise and support Nursery Coordinators, Lead Teachers, and teaching staff.
Oversee staff performance, professional development, training, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education requirements and relevant regulations.
Work closely with Operations and Senior Management to achieve academic and organizational goals.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Experience in Early Childhood Education.
Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education.
Knowledge of EYFS or an equivalent international early childhood framework.
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of Kuwait nursery regulations is an advantage.
