At CAF, great coffee starts with great people. We’re looking for an experienced Store Supervisor who can lead a team, drive operational excellence, and deliver the quality and service our customers expect.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
▪️ Minimum 5 years of experience in Coffee, Café, or QSR operations
▪️ Strong experience in store and people management
▪️ Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
▪️ Strong understanding of daily operations, inventory, quality, and service standards
▪️ Ability to manage performance and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
▪️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
▪️ Currently based in Kuwait
