✅ REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in pastry, bakery, or Arabic sweets
✔️ Strong experience in preparing Arabic sweets and desserts
✔️ Experience with Gharaybah, Gallash, Gaimat and similar traditional sweets
✔️ Experience preparing chocolate mini bites and chocolate-based items
✔️ Basic pastry and bakery preparation skills
✔️ Good knowledge of mixing, shaping, baking, frying, filling, portioning and finishing
✔️ Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality
✔️ Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Prepare chocolate mini bites and other chocolate-based items
✔️ Prepare traditional Arabic sweets such as Gharaybah, Gallash and Gaimat
✔️ Prepare pastry and bakery items as required
✔️ Maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation
✔️ Handle portioning, packaging and finishing of products
✔️ Follow recipes and food safety standards
✔️ Maintain a clean and organized work area

⏰ Working Hours: 9 Hours/Day
📅 Working Days: 6 Days/Week
