HIRING – MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS | KUWAIT

A well-established company in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry is looking for experienced Mechanical Technicians to join its maintenance team.

🔹 Senior Mechanical / Utilities Technician
🔹 Mechanical Technician
🔹 Junior Mechanical Technician

🔧 Key Skills & Experience
Mechanical / Maintenance:

Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial production equipment
Troubleshooting and repair of pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, valves and mechanical seals
Experience with conveyors, filling, mixing, processing and packaging machinery
Mechanical assembly, dismantling and equipment repair
Bearing, coupling, seal and shaft replacement
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Basic welding and fabrication skills are an advantage
Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals and maintenance instructions
Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Utilities experience is preferred for Senior Technicians, including:

Air compressors and compressed-air systems
Boilers / steam systems
Chillers and cooling systems
Pumps and water systems
HVAC and refrigeration systems
Other plant utility equipment

👨‍🔧 Requirements
Technical diploma/certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, food production or FMCG environments preferred
Strong preventive and breakdown maintenance experience
Good teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work shifts when required
Candidates must currently be residing in Kuwait
