We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Portioning & Dispatch Staff member to support the daily portioning, packing, quality checking, and dispatch of healthy meal orders.

Key Responsibilities

* Portion food accurately according to meal plans and required quantities.
* Check meal quality, appearance, portion size, and accuracy before packing.
* Ensure each meal box contains the correct items according to the order.
* Verify labels, meal names, quantities, and customer details.
* Organize completed orders and ensure they are ready for dispatch on time.
* Conduct final checks and report any missing, incorrect, or low-quality items.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to correct issues quickly.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and company quality standards.

Requirements

* Experience in food preparation, portioning, dispatch, catering, or quality control is preferred.
* Experience in a diet food or healthy meal company is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
* Good organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Basic English reading and understanding.
* Responsible, reliable, and committed to following procedures.
