We’re looking for an experienced pastry Chef assistant to join Célène’s production team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in chocolate making
• Strong knowledge of cocoa and chocolate science (tempering, crystallization, flavor profiles)
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle production issues independently
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Salary : 250-300 KWD
