We are hiring a Salesperson for a premium chocolate shop in Kuwait.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, explaining products, assisting with orders, handling sales transactions, arranging chocolate displays, preparing gift orders, maintaining shop cleanliness, and supporting daily branch operations.

The role requires someone presentable, active, polite, and able to provide excellent customer service, especially during busy seasons and gifting occasions.

Main Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
Explain chocolate products, gift boxes, and seasonal collections.
Handle sales, invoices, and POS transactions.
Prepare and arrange gift orders and displays.
Maintain product presentation and shop cleanliness.
Follow up with customer requests and special orders.
Support stock checking and report low-stock items.
Coordinate with the team for orders, packaging, and delivery.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
