Armada Retail Concept is looking for a Filipino National who is fluent in Korean to join our growing team in Kuwait as a Fashion Buyer & Merchandiser – Cosmetics.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong passion for fashion, beauty, cosmetics, and Korean beauty trends, with an interest in developing a long-term career in the fashion and beauty retail industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Cosmetics business is currently under Research & Development. During this initial stage, the selected candidate will temporarily handle Kids’ Apparel buying and merchandising activities while working closely with our Design, Supplier, Logistics, and Retail teams.
Once the Cosmetics business becomes fully operational, the candidate will transition into the Cosmetics Buyer & Merchandiser role, focusing on cosmetics sourcing, buying, merchandising, supplier coordination, and category development, particularly within the Korean market.

INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES – KIDS’ APPAREL
• Handle buying and merchandising activities for the Kids’ Apparel category
• Research fashion trends and consumer preferences in Korea and China
• Coordinate with suppliers on product development and production
• Support the Design team with market and trend insights
• Follow up on product development, orders, and deliveries
• Coordinate with Design, Logistics, and Retail Operations teams
• Facilitate communication with Korean suppliers and business partners

FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES – COSMETICS
• Research Korean cosmetics and beauty trends
• Identify potential Korean beauty brands, products, and suppliers
• Support cosmetics buying, sourcing, and merchandising
• Coordinate with Korean suppliers and brand partners
• Monitor product development, launches, and market trends
• Support assortment planning and category development
• Provide insights into Korean consumer preferences and emerging K-Beauty trends
REQUIREMENTS
• Filipino National
• Fluent in Korean – Speaking, Reading & Writing is mandatory
• Good command of English
• Strong passion for Fashion, Beauty & Cosmetics
• Strong interest in Korean cosmetics and K-Beauty trends
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Experience in fashion, retail, merchandising, cosmetics, beauty, textiles, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory
