Are you an experienced HR leader ready to drive people strategy and organizational success?

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR-Manager to join our team in Kuwait, preferably with strong experience in the Technology / IT sector.

🔹 Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the Technology / IT sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and applications.
- In-depth understanding of Kuwaiti Labor Law, international HR regulations, and HR best practices.
🔹strong experience in:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
- Payroll Management.
- Performance Management & Employee Evaluations.
- HR Policies & Procedures.
- Ability to prepare and present HR reports and strategic insights to senior management.
- Experience in workforce planning and developing long-term HR strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
- Immediate joining is required.
