WE ARE HIRING | JUNIOR FASHION DESIGNER – WOMEN’S & TEENWEAR

Armada Retail Concept – Kuwait is looking for a creative, passionate, and motivated Junior Fashion Designer to join our growing fashion team.

THE ROLE:
As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will support the development of women’s and teenwear collections, working closely with our design team, suppliers, and internal departments to turn seasonal trends into market-ready products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct trend and market research for women’s and teenwear
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concepts
• Research fabrics, silhouettes, garments, and emerging youth trends
• Analyze runway shows and international designer collections
• Create fashion illustrations and technical sketches
• Develop design concepts using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Coordinate with international suppliers on samples and product development
• Provide design feedback and follow up on sample revisions
• Support the Senior Designer and Design team with daily activities
• Manage multiple design tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1 year of Fashion Design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design ability
• European nationality preferred
• Candidates currently based in Kuwait are preferred
• Strong knowledge of Women’s & Teenwear fashion
• Good understanding of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction
• Strong awareness of current fashion and youth trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Creative, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We are looking for a creative junior designer with a strong fashion portfolio, excellent awareness of international and youth fashion trends, and the ability to translate inspiration into commercially viable designs.
