We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations, Events & Catering to join our team in Kuwait.

If you have solid F&B experience, enjoy being on the floor, and are someone who knows how to lead a team and keep things running smoothly during busy events, this could be a great opportunity for you.

We are looking for someone with experience in:
Staff allocation and workforce planning
Banquet and catering operations
Coordinating with chefs for event setups
Good knowledge in F&B equipment and service standards
Dinner service SOPs and daily operations
Leading and supervising the service teams
Training, coaching and developing team members
Team building and performance management
Being hands-on during setup and event execution
Previous Food & Beverage experience is a must.
