Are you a strategic HR leader with a proven track record in the IT & Technology sector and a passion for driving organizational excellence?

We are currently seeking an experienced Group HR & Admin Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources and Administration functions at a group level, playing a key role in shaping culture, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting business growth.

📍 Location: Kuwait
⏳ Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR & Administration
• Strong experience within the IT, Technology, or related industry
• Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR governance, policies, and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing HR and Administration functions across multiple business units
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Fluent in Arabic & English
