We’re Hiring: Florist / Flower Shop Manager
Flora Grande is looking for an experienced and motivated Florist / Flower Shop Manager to lead our flower shop, grow sales, develop new business opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a florist and/or flower shop manager.
Strong knowledge of floral arrangements, bouquets, event flowers, and flower shop operations.
Proven ability to increase sales and develop new revenue opportunities.
Strong business development skills and the ability to build relationships with corporate companies, clinics, hospitals, offices, and other organizations.
Experience developing and promoting flower arrangements for baby receptions, newborn celebrations, weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, and other occasions.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage daily shop operations, inventory, orders, and customer requests.
Creative, organized, proactive, and commercially minded.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and create partnerships that generate consistent sales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of Flora Grande.
Lead and motivate the floral team.
Develop strategies to increase monthly sales and profitability.
Build and maintain corporate partnerships and business accounts.
Develop packages and offers for weddings, baby celebrations, corporate events, clinics, and other occasions.
Handle key customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth.
Ensure the quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all floral orders.
