Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paper Bag Machine Operator/Technician with hands-on experience operating and maintaining sheet-fed type paper bag machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, quality control, and routine maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor sheet-fed paper bag manufacturing machines.
· Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications.
· Ensure proper machine alignment, settings, and material feeding.
· Monitor production output and maintain required quality standards.
· Troubleshoot mechanical and operational problems.
· Perform routine maintenance and basic machine repairs.
· Identify machine faults and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
· Minimize machine downtime and ensure continuous production.
· Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
· Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile:
· Requirement open for all nationals
· Previous experience of 5 years or more operating sheet-fed paper bag machines is required.
· Experience in the paper packaging/manufacturing industry is preferred.
· Good knowledge of machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
· Basic mechanical knowledge will be an advantage.
