📌 Position: Property Inspector – Residential Properties

Mecareer Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced Property Inspector to inspect and assess residential properties, identify maintenance issues, and ensure properties are maintained to the required standards.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property inspection, building maintenance, facilities management, construction, or property management.
• Experience inspecting apartments, villas, residential buildings, and common areas is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance and defect identification.
🔍 CANDIDATES SHOULD BE ABLE TO INSPECT:
• Walls, ceilings, floors, doors & windows
• Plumbing, water leakage & drainage
• Electrical installations & lighting
• AC/HVAC systems
• Kitchens & bathrooms
• Waterproofing & roof conditions
• Painting, tiling & other finishes
• Water tanks & pumps
• Fire & safety equipment
• General building defects and maintenance issues

✅ REQUIREMENT:
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
• Asian nationality.
• Relevant experience in residential properties/building maintenance is preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
