Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in an F&B distribution company. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, expenses, customer and supplier reconciliations, and inventory-related accounting transactions.


Key Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
· Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer invoices, receipts, collections, credit notes, and account reconciliations.
· Manage Accounts Payable, including supplier invoices, payments, credit notes, and vendor reconciliations.
· Verify sales invoices against delivery documents and supporting records.
· Process and maintain records of company and employee expenses.
· Perform customer, supplier, bank, and other account reconciliations.
· Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist with collection-related activities.
· Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received documentation.
· Coordinate with the Warehouse team on inventory-related accounting transactions.
· Assist with stock reconciliation, purchase returns, damaged goods, shortages, and related credit notes.
· Record accounting entries accurately and on time.
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
· Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
· Assist with audits and preparation of financial reports.
· Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve accounting discrepancies.
· Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile:
· Requirement open for Indian Nationals Only.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
· Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Expense Management.
· Previous experience in F&B, FMCG, trading, distribution, or retail is preferred.
· Should have the working knowledge of Accounting Softwares
