Condition Survey Engineer (Electro-Mechanical)

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in conducting electro-mechanical condition surveys
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and equipment
- Experience in collecting, recording, and analyzing condition survey data
- Ability to prepare detailed condition assessment reports and present findings
- Good reporting, documentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate survey activities

**Candidates must be currently available in Kuwait with transferable residency.
