Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Salmiya. You'll engage prospective clients via walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries, understand their migration goals, and recommend suitable visa pathways. Daily tasks include eligibility assessments, explaining service offerings, preparing proposals, and following up to convert leads into confirmed clients. You'll coordinate with the case processing team on documentation, keep CRM records accurate, and ensure all communication meets regulatory and company standards. You'll also support marketing activities, information sessions, and referral-building initiatives.

Base salary: KD 300–450 + commission. Warm leads provided.

Qualifications
Strong client-facing sales skills — lead qualification, consultative selling, negotiation
Clear, professional English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
Ability to understand and explain immigration/visa procedures with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with CRM and office software, pipeline management, reporting
Proven track record in a target-driven environment, with ethical, compliant practices
Customer service mindset — empathy, cultural sensitivity, patience with complex processes
Prior experience in immigration consulting, overseas education, travel services, or related sales roles highly beneficial
