We’re Hiring Production Engineer to join our team.

We are seeking a hands-on engineering professional with strong experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly Thermoforming and Plastic Extrusion processes, who can contribute to production efficiency, process optimization, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily production activities to ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and delivery requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve productivity, operational efficiency, product quality, and material utilization.
- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze machine performance, downtime, production losses, scrap, waste, and overall operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Lead troubleshooting of production, process, and machine-related issues to minimize downtime and production disruption.
- Participate in and follow up on new production projects, machine installations, production trials, commissioning, and process validation.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure production activities comply with established quality, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing with hands-on experience in Thermoforming and Plastic Extrusion processes.
- Good knowledge of plastic materials including PP, PET, HIPS, and PS.
- Experience in mold/die change, machine setup, and production start-up activities.
- Good leadership and manpower management skills.
- Good English communication and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of and ability to implement ISO and BRCGS requirements.
