URGENT HIRING – EXECUTIVE CHEF

Position: Executive Chef
Location: Kuwait
Nationality: All Nationalities

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, finalize, and improve the restaurant menu.
Maintain and improve food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Manage and supervise the entire kitchen operation.
Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team.
Ensure proper food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor food costs, portion control, and minimize wastage.
Maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day kitchen operations.
Introduce new dishes and continuously improve existing recipes.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary management role.
Strong experience in menu development and kitchen management.
Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
Strong knowledge of food quality, hygiene, and cost control.
Strong restaurant experience is preferred.
