Position: Mobile Technician (Soft Services)

About the Role:
We are actively seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, strong technical skills in mobile diagnosis, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a Soft Mobile Technician is a must.
Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of mobile phone troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
Customer Service: Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism: Presentable, professional, and well-groomed appearance with the ability to work efficiently in a retail environment.
Work Ethic: Responsible, reliable, and a team-oriented mindset.

Conditions & Qualifications
Age: 25–35 years preferred.
Residency: Must currently reside in Kuwait with a valid, transferable visa.
Availability: Must be able to join immediately.

Indian or Filipino nationals are highly preferred.
