Location: kuwait

We are looking for a creative and organized Coordinator to manage PR, events, influencer collaborations, brand activations, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand events, launches, pop-ups, exhibitions, and activations.
• Manage influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, briefs, gifting, and follow-up.
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, brands, and PR partners.
• Create and coordinate employee activities, team-building events, outings, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
• Develop creative activation and collaboration ideas for our brands.
• Coordinate suppliers, venues, production, budgets, and event logistics.
• Maintain a calendar for upcoming events, collaborations, and employee activities.
• Track results and performance of activations and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, Events, Influencer Marketing, or Brand Activation.
• Creative, social, organized, and proactive.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait’s influencer and events scene.
