Wireline / Slickline Operations Manager to lead and oversee all wireline and slickline operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Wireline and Slickline operational activities across multiple projects and locations.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and profitability.
Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with client requirements and operational procedures.
Ensure full compliance with company HSE policies and international Oil & Gas industry standards.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
-Minimum 12 years of experience in Wireline Operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
-Hands-on experience in Slickline Operations is highly preferred.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
-Extensive knowledge of wireline and slickline equipment, tools, and operational procedures.
-Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
-Transferable Residency (Article 18) in Kuwait.
