Chief Accountant | Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to join our team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting and financial reporting experience, with hands-on experience in both Odoo and Zoho systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
Manage GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and closing activities.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Supervise and support the accounting team.
Maintain accurate accounting records through Odoo and Zoho.
Coordinate with management and external auditors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant.
Strong hands-on experience with Odoo and Zoho is required.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Kuwait is preferred.
