Key Responsibilities:
• Application support and incident resolution – Level 2 / Level 3
• System monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization
• User training and technical assistance
• System integration and API support
• Workflow automation and process improvement
• Support for AI-enabled business solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software development and application support
• Healthcare and HIS experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
