Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Operations Manager located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Jr. Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating marketing activities, managing delivery platforms, supporting product development, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the organization.
Qualifications
• F&B Operations Management, Project Management, and Team Leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Knowledge of quality control and process improvement techniques
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Pre-Requisites
• Transferable visa
• Valid driving license
• Immediate joining is preferable
