We're Hiring: Sales Representative (Female) – Kuwait 🔹
Khalil Bahman & Partners General Trading Company (KBP), a leading heavy steel fabrication company in Kuwait, is looking for a dynamic and driven Female Sales Representative who can take ownership of business growth and expand our market presence.
📍 Location: Kuwait
💼 Experience: 6–7 years in sales (industrial/trading/steel sector experience preferred)
🗣️ Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic (bilingual – mandatory)
We're Looking For Someone Who Can:
Identify, capture, and develop new markets and business opportunities
Proactively hunt for and acquire new clients within all sectors of the industry which could cater to heavy steel fabrication / galvanization.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business
Meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and pitch tailored solutions
Drive online marketing and digital outreach to generate leads and brand visibility
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, sales orders and Tender participation.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, technical) for smooth order fulfillment
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Represent KBP professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements:
Minimum 7–8 years of relevant sales experience, with a track record of acquiring new business
Bilingual: fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic
Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with market research and digital marketing
