Customer Service Agent

📍 Location: Kuwait

A leading company in Kuwait is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via calls and WhatsApp professionally.
* Process orders and follow up until successful delivery.
* Handle complaints, returns, exchanges, and delivery issues.
* Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and Delivery teams.
* Maintain accurate customer and order records.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of Customer Service experience.
* Fluent in Arabic with excellent command of the Kuwaiti dialect.
* Good command of English.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with CRM or order management systems is preferred.
* Currently residing in Kuwait with transferable residency (Article 18).
