Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Specialization: Electrical / HVAC / Electro-Mechanical

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Electro-Mechanical.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in a mall, commercial building, or facility management environment.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, pumps, fire-fighting systems, BMS, and general MEP maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
