We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead Sales & Business Development** and drive new opportunities across Kuwait’s construction, aluminium & real estate sectors.

💼 Your Role

• Own the full B2B sales cycle — from **lead generation to contract award**
• Build strong relationships with **contractors, developers & consultants**
• Identify new projects and convert opportunities into business
• Lead **quotations, commercial proposals & tender submissions**
• Maintain a strong project pipeline and monitor market trends
• Manage showroom activities and lead the sales team

📌 What we are looking for

• 5+ years B2B sales experience in aluminium, construction, fit-out or related sectors
• Strong Kuwait market network with a proven sales track record
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills
• **Valid Kuwaiti Driver’s License**
• GCC-based candidates preferred
