Property Inspector – Residential Properties (Kuwait Resident)

Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in residential property inspection, building maintenance, facilities management, construction, or property management.
• Experience inspecting apartments, villas, residential buildings, and common areas is preferred.
• Able to inspect and identify problems with:
• Walls, ceilings, floors, doors and windows
• Plumbing, water leakage and drainage
• Electrical installations and lighting
• AC/HVAC systems
• Kitchens and bathrooms
• Waterproofing and roof conditions
• Painting, tiling and other finishes
• Water tanks and pumps
• Fire and safety equipment
• General building maintenance and defects
