📢 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 | 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 (𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀)

🔹 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
The Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating safety activities at the project site to ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and applicable regulations. Duties include conducting site inspections, monitoring work practices, maintaining safety records, supporting safety briefings, and reporting safety observations and incidents. The role requires strong knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, good communication and observation skills, and the ability to work effectively with site teams.

🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HSE functions, preferably within the construction, engineering, or oil & gas industry.
• Must possess relevant HSE certifications, such as NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, First Aid, or equivalent globally recognized certifications.
• Proficient in site safety inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting, safety documentation, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Demonstrates strong communication, observation, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with site teams and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Can join within short notice
• Must be available in Kuwait with valid transferrable visa
