HR Officer

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,
or related field
* 4-6 years of HR experience
* Strong experience in Performance Management
* Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition
* Experience in Learning & Development
* Experience in developing and implementing
HR initiatives, KPIs, and employee development
programs is preferred
* Experience in Onboarding and Offboarding processes
* Experience with HR systems / HRIS and MS Office
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Fluent in English & Arabic - required
* Based in Kuwait / transferable visa
* Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred
* Consultancy experience is an added advantage
