We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist – F&B Experience

- Employment Type:Remote or part-time available

**Experience Required:** 4-6 years in recruitment/talent acquisition, F&B industry background preferred
**Location Requirement:** Candidates must currently be based within Kuwait only

**Responsibilities:**
- Source and recruit top talent across various departments (production, quality, operations, sales, etc.)
- Identify candidates across Kuwait, the GCC, and the wider Arab region
- Build and maintain a strong F&B talent pipeline
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial screening through offer
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Represent the employer brand professionally to candidates

**Requirements:**
- 4-6 years of recruitment experience, F&B sector (manufacturing/restaurants/food production) strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Must be based in Kuwait; remote or part-time arrangement available
- Solid understanding of the Gulf and broader Arab job market
