Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of training experience within the luxury retail industry
• Strong experience in developing and delivering product, sales, customer service, and brand training
• Ability to identify training needs and create effective learning programs
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting multiple brands or retail locations is preferred
