Industrial Coating Specialist
Location: Full-Time, East Ahmadi, Kuwait
Experience: 5+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Coating Specialist to lead the delivery of advanced protective coating and corrosion control solutions across the oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, desalination, and water industries. Working with our international technology partner, the successful candidate will support the application of specialized coating systems for pipelines, industrial flooring, storage tanks, process equipment, and critical infrastructure, helping clients extend asset life and improve operational reliability.

Responsibilities
Lead industrial coating and corrosion protection projects.
Conduct technical site inspections and condition assessments.


Recommend appropriate coating systems and repair solutions.
Supervise coating technicians and field activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Support technical meetings and client consultations.
Assist in training and mentoring technical personnel.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial coatings or corrosion protection.
Experience within oil & gas, refineries, power plants, or water utilities.


Strong knowledge of surface preparation, coating application, and inspection techniques.
Professional coating certifications (AMPP/NACE/FROSIO) are an advantage.
