MECAREER Recruitment is seeking an experienced Area Manager for a leading burger restaurant brand in Kuwait.
If you have a strong background in managing multiple restaurant locations and driving operational excellence for international F&B brands, we'd love to hear from you!
📋 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee multiple restaurant outlets.
• Drive sales, operational, and profitability targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational excellence.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across all assigned stores.
• Support business expansion, including new store openings and store closures.
✅ Requirements
• Currently residing in Kuwait and available to join immediately.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 7 years of multi-site management experience in fast-casual restaurant operations with internationally recognized Burger or Coffee Shop brands.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage or Retail industry.
💼 Salary & Benefits
💰 Basic Salary: Up to KD 1,500 (Based on qualifications and experience)
