WOW MILKY is looking to hire:

Store & Inventory Controller

We are looking for an organized, honest, and experienced candidate to join our team at WOW MILKY Central Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive goods and check quantity, quality, and expiry dates.
- Organize the store and apply FIFO system.
- Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
- Prepare and issue branch and central kitchen requests.
- Monitor inventory and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Track expiry dates, wastage, and damaged items.
- Ensure proper storage for chilled and frozen items.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Prevent any stock withdrawal without approval or recording.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in store/inventory management.
- Experience in food, restaurants, or central kitchens is preferred.
- Excellent English.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of FIFO and expiry date control.
- Transferable residency in Kuwait is required.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice is preferred.
- Hands-on follow-up inside the store is required.
