We're Hiring: Footwear Buyer (International Brand)
Are you passionate about footwear, fashion trends, and building successful international brand portfolios? Armada Retail Concept is looking for an experienced Footwear Buyer to join our growing team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal product assortments in line with brand vision and customer preferences.
- Monitor product lifecycle, initiate reorders, and identify exit strategies for underperforming items.
- Analyze fashion trends, market shifts, and customer behavior to inform buying decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers (local & international).
- Negotiate cost prices, terms, margins, and delivery timelines to maximize profitability.
- Track purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely stock arrival.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports, stock levels, and sell-through rates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Buying, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in buying, product selection, or category management within the fashion retail industry.
- Proficient in Excel, merchandise planning tools, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with a good understanding of retail KPIs and margins.
- Good communication skills.
