Civil Engineer (Site Execution & Supervision)

Future Vision General Trading & Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join its team in Kuwait to manage and supervise structural, finishing, and renovation projects.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in residential villa and commercial building projects.
• Manage site execution, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings and project specifications.
• Strong experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, cost analysis, pricing structural and finishing works, and reviewing payment certificates.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, including quotation preparation, project updates, payment applications, and engineering reports.
• Ability to prepare project schedules and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait building codes and construction standards.
• A valid Kuwaiti driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
