WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER

A prestigious medical center in Salmiya, Kuwait is looking for an experienced and highly qualified Operations Manager to join our team.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably within the medical/healthcare sector.
• Strong background in managing and overseeing medical facilities and healthcare operations.
• Experience in managing daily operations, staff, workflows, and administrative processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate across different medical specialties and departments.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• MPA background or qualification is an advantage, if available.
• Ability to join immediately or at the earliest possible date.
