We're Hiring | Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing on site quantity surveying and commercial activities to support the successful execution of the project. Duties include verifying work quantities, preparing quantity take-offs, interim payment certificates, variation assessments, and project cost reports, while coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, and project management on commercial and contractual matters. The role requires strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, construction measurement, cost control, contract administration, analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support efficient project execution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, and commercial management, preferably within the construction, engineering, or oil & gas industry.
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, work measurement, interim payment certificates, variation orders, cost estimation, cost control, and contract administration.
• Demonstrates strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to effectively coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Must be available in Kuwait with valid transferrable visa
