We're Hiring: Purchaser / Overseas Buyer

Job Responsibilities:
Handle overseas sourcing and procurement of chocolates, fillings, and other confectionery ingredients from international suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with global manufacturers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate imports, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation.
Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers and products.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in overseas purchasing within the chocolate, confectionery, bakery, or food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of international sourcing, import procedures, and supplier negotiations.
Experience purchasing chocolates, fillings, cocoa products, and related raw materials.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers.
Must be available to join immediately.
Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
