AJAL Contracting & Trading Co. is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team.

Requirements:
✔️ 7–10 years of HR experience
✔️ Transferable Visa (Article 18 – Ahli)
✔️ Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
✔️ Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and HR operations
✔️ Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, leave administration, performance management, and government-related HR procedures
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (HRMS experience is an advantage)
