Call Center Agent

Location: Kuwait

A leading company in Kuwait is looking for a Call Center Agent to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries professionally.
* Process customer orders and follow up until delivery.
* Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
* Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams.
* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
* Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Call Center or Customer Service.
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Experience using CRM systems (Freshworks or similar is an advantage).
* Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
* Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
* Transferable Residency (Article 18).
* Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
