We're Hiring: Senior Fashion Designer
Location: Kuwait
Armada Retail Concept is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fashion Designer with a passion for high-end fashion and a desire to make a lasting impact in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team where you will play a key role in shaping fashion collections and contributing to the company's creative vision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and create fashion collections that reflect elegance, innovation, and sophistication.
Research and analyze emerging fashion trends, translating insights into commercially successful designs.
Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and design prototypes.
Oversee the entire design process from concept development through final production.
Collaborate closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure quality, fit, and design integrity.
Assist in planning and executing fashion campaigns, photoshoots, and creative projects.
Provide creative inspiration and contribute innovative ideas to support brand growth and product development.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Buying, Merchandising, Production, Marketing, and Retail Operations.

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
✔ Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercial fashion collections.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
✔ Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, garment construction, pattern development, and fashion production processes.
✔ Excellent creative, artistic, and aesthetic sense.
✔ Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership of responsibilities beyond design.
Preferred Candidate Profile
🔹 Passion for fashion, innovation, and creativity.
🔹 Strong understanding of luxury, premium, and contemporary fashion trends.
🔹 Ability to transform concepts into marketable products.
🔹 Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers throughout the product development cycle.
🔹 Spanish and Lebanese candidates are highly preferred.
